Established in London in 2006, AIPP (Association of International Property Professionals) It is the trade body for professionals around the world dealing with foreign property buyers.
AIPP has more than 370 corporate members over 30 countries and includes agents, developers, lawyers, media, financial and other professional services industry.
It is a non-governmental non-profit organization which aims to improve standards of professionalism, helping both the industry and the public.
AIPP is the organization that supports the Alliance of International Property Owners (CELERY), which provides support to buyers and the more than 1,5 million British owners of foreign ownership.
AIPP is a trustee of IESC – International Ethics & Standards Coalition
